Keys Cancellation Policy:

 

Sometimes, plans do not work out and cancellations are necessary.  Please email us with your desired option, this is a required component.   Keys cancellation policy is, in order of preference:

1. Send a substitute in your place. No time limit required.

2. Reschedule attendance at another training that is announced. No time limit required.

3. Receive a coupon for a future training yet to be announced. No time limit required.

4. Refunds:

• 30 days prior to training-- Registration fee, less 5% administrative handling cost.

• 3-14 days prior to training--Registration fee, less 10% administrative handling cost.

• less than 3 days prior--Options 1-3 are available. No cash refunds will be made due to administrative costs.

• Does not apply to Webinars...on a case-by-case bases.

5. Purchase Orders are accepted in good faith as payment. In the event option 1, 2 or 3 is not chosen then cancellation will result in a PO being billed at the same rates as the refunds above: 

• 30 days prior to training-- PO will be billed at 5% administrative handling cost.

• 3-14 days prior to training--PO will be billed at 10% administrative handling cost.

• less than 3 days prior--Options 1-3 are available. PO will be billed for the full cost of the training.

• Does not apply to Webinars...on a case-by-case bases.
